DDCΒ Team Soundtracks

Sarah:

One thing I’ve noticed myself doing all summer is talking to everyone about how busy it’s been. Because it’s true – it’s been BUSY. I’m not sure that is what I want to focus on, though.

Summer is FANTASTIC. Summer is FUN. Summer memories make me SMILE.

Rachel:

“𝐼’π‘š π‘ π‘œ π‘‘π‘–π‘Ÿπ‘’π‘‘.”

I want to change it to – “𝐼 𝑓𝑒𝑒𝑙 π‘‘π‘–π‘Ÿπ‘’π‘‘.” This reminds me that it’s a feeling and I can choose to look past it and not let it consume me for the whole day.

Meghan:

One of my soundtracks lately has been that feeling of always having to get all the little things done like laundry and cleaning during the day.

Instead, I want my soundtrack to remind me to be present. Those things can wait. There will be plenty of time to get those things done after they go to bed.

Tyrelle:

One of my soundtracks this summer has been that my to-do list is so long and that there is never enough time…

Instead, I would like my soundtrack to be that yes, I have things to do but I’m choosing to be present and not distracted.
